In this episode we Lachlan Powell who is the co-founder of I am Grounded. I am Grounded make some very tasty snack bars which use coffee fruit. Coffee fruit is a bi-product of the coffee industry and Lachlan found a way to turn it into a sustainable healthy food ingredient. Really loved chatting to Lachlan about the start up life, upcycling, food waste and a lot more.
