In todays episode I am joined by one of Australia’s most influential individuals within the food industry, Adrian Cester.
Adrian is the founder of Flavour Makers which produces the brands, celebrate health, passage to India and Australian Organics company along with a range of products for other brands and private label.
If running a $150m dollar business which has offices in the states and over 200 employees doesn’t keep Adrian busy, he also has a Italian vineyard, cider brand and works with Australian farmers to grow Organic produce.
In this episode Adrian discusses his journey and passion for creating great food using as much Australian produce as possible.
Adrian is without a doubt an amazing business man but for me he is an been an even greater mentor. Adrian took the time out last year and provided some great career advice when I needed it and I will forever be grateful for that.
