In 2019 I was asked to present on a talk by Westpac on food trends. At the end of the presentation I put up a slide with 3 product/trend predictions for 2020. In this episode I just wanted to touch on these in more detail and also for the individuals who were not their can also get some knowledge bombs.
It will be interesting at the end of the year to see where the 3 mentioned trends and ingredients got too and something, I will definitely follow up with myself for a later podcast episode.
